Tractor Housing Repair

A tractor steering support bracket with an uneven casting — no flat reference surface, no drawings, no replacement available. Scanned the back face to capture the actual geometry, designed a 3D printed insert from the scan data so the housing could be fixtured accurately in the mill, then machined new bores and turned a replacement bushing to bring it back to spec.
